FAQ's
What is the minimum quantity you can dye?
We can dye from as little as 10 kilograms, whether it’s cotton bobbins, nylon, acrylic, bamboo, or other fibre compositions. This supports both small-batch prototyping and full-scale production.
What are the production lead times?
For sampling, our in-house lab produces lab dips within 2–3 days. Once colours are approved, production lead times are typically 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on volume, fibre, and technique.
How many colours can you dye in?
Thanks to our official Pantone® licence, we can offer 2,700+ precise Pantone® shades with exact colour matching across cotton, nylon, acrylic, bamboo, and more. Custom colour development is also available.
Can you explain your prototyping service for fashion brands and colour development?
Yes. We run a comprehensive A-to-Z prototyping programme for fashion brands and studios developing new seasonal shades.
- Work under a strict NDA for full confidentiality.
- Submit unique colour references and sample across multiple fibres (cotton, nylon, acrylic, bamboo).
- Low MOQs per shade: dye from 2–3 kg per colour, ideal for palette building.
- Approved shades can then be knitted, woven, or scaled to bulk efficiently and cost-effectively.
What is your speciality in dyeing?
A two-pronged model, with a core focus on cotton:
- Garment Dyeing & Manipulation — t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc., with reactive, splash, vintage, stone-wash, softening effects.
- Yarn & Fibre Dyeing — especially super-combed cotton cropped, harvested, ginned and milled within the EU for quality, consistency, and traceability; plus regenerative and re-upcycled cotton, and nylon, acrylic, bamboo.
What other services do you provide?
A full suite of specialised dyeing & finishing, including:
- Reactive dyeing (brilliant, durable colourfastness)
- Pigment dyeing (washed-down vintage looks)
- Tie-dye (artisanal or industrial, repeatable)
- Splash dye (expressive multi-tone)
- Stone-wash dye (aged, lived-in)
- Enzyme washing (natural softening, anti-pilling)
- Softening treatments (ultra-soft handfeel)
- Vintage & overdye finishes (layered tones)
- Acid dyeing (deep shades for nylon/synthetics)
- Garment washing & finishing (pre-shrink, neutralise, final set)
- In-time washing services (quick-turn JIT support)
All run under eco-responsible protocols with low-impact dyestuffs, efficient water use, and wastewater treatment.
How does your laboratory work?
Our colour pipeline uses:
- High-precision spectrophotometer for Pantone®-accurate measurement,
- Lab dye machines mirroring bulk conditions,
- Calibrated light boxes (D65 daylight, LED, fluorescent, etc.) to ensure cross-lighting consistency.
Result: lab dips that match production with reproducibility and fastness.
Do you offer eco-friendly and sustainable dyeing?
Yes. We prioritise low-water processes, biodegradable auxiliaries, careful chemical stewardship, water recycling, and responsible effluent treatment — designed to minimise environmental impact while maintaining premium quality.
What certifications do you hold, and what does your ‘Gold Standard for Sustainability’ mean?
Our certifications and systems provide independent, third-party verification of environmental and ethical excellence — the backbone of our Kingly Gold Standard™ in sustainable production.
- OEKO-TEX® STeP Level 3 (Facility) – Highest rating for environmental, chemical, and social performance.
