The vision and the mission of Kingly Version 2.0 are unfolding. We have enormously ambitious dreams for the future. We are taking well-calculated risks and we are not afraid to dive into ambiguity. However, there are certain steps we need to take to bring our company to the next level. As we become a more sustainable, more reliant, and more efficient business, we need to make sure that we can guarantee that all of our systems are updated and working properly; that our strategic planning is being executed at the right time and at the right place.
These past several days were extremely intense for all of us here, at Kingly. We had lots of hands-on trainings with Chris Churchman from Action Coach. Our Sales team – including our representatives in Spain, France and the UK, as well as our Finance, Operations, Logistics, Design, Marketing, IT, Innovation and Production teams were all involved in generating ideas on how to become the best at what we do.
These trainings build the foundations that will allow us to become the ultimate European manufacturer of sustainable promotional apparel. We will be able to launch new products, present eco-friendly solutions for the promotional market and help companies create successful advertising campaigns. Our zero-waste sock knitting facility is already leading the way and there is not a single day that we are not raising the bar even higher.
