What is EU Made Custom Apparel?

We design and manufacture fully bespoke garments from the ground up, not just decorated after production.

While most suppliers offer a limited range of pre-made styles to brand or customise, we create apparel without templates, stock constraints, or standardised options. Every detail is designed for you, from fabric and fit to finishes and functionality.

Design without limits

Your apparel should work exactly the way you need it to.

We design every element from the ground up, giving you complete control over materials, construction, branding and finishing details. Here are just a few of the ways your garment can be customised.

Garment Engineering Capabilities

We engineer custom apparel at component level, controlling fabric, panels, fit, stitching, colour, and finishing. If it can be designed, it can be built.

Structural Design and Construction

  • Custom sleeves including set in, raglan, cropped, cap, and hybrid
  • Flexible panel layouts across front, back, sleeves, side panels, yokes, and inserts
  • Non standard shapes with engineered proportions
  • Precise armhole placement and controlled sleeve length and volume
  • Balanced silhouettes with controlled drape
  • Every structural element is defined before production.

Fabric and Performance Engineering

  • Multiple fabrics within a single garment
  • Performance or mesh panels combined with cotton bodies
  • Reinforced zones for strength and lightweight zones for mobility
  • Component specific fabric selection for body, sleeves, collar, placket, and yoke
  • Each material serves function as well as design.

Fabric Compositions

  • We work with a wide range of textile compositions based on performance, comfort, and structural requirements.
  • 95 percent combed cotton with 5 percent elastin where stretch is required
  • Polycotton blends
  • Full polyester constructions
  • Regenerated and recycled fibre options
  • Other custom compositions available upon request
  • If it can be engineered, it can be produced.

Necklines and Finishing

  • Crew, V neck, mandarin, polo, and henley constructions
  • Controlled neckline width, depth, and drop
  • Engineered collar fabrics and piping
  • Neck tape specification including material, colour, length, printed or woven
  • Single needle, twin needle, and coverstitch hems
  • Visible, hidden, or popover plackets with precision fasteners
  • Clean internal finishing for long term durability

Colour, Branding, and Pantone® Control

  • Component level colour precision
  • Access to over 2,700 Pantone® colours for dyeing and colour matching
  • Pantone® referenced engineering across fabrics, panels, trims, and details
  • Custom back labels, internal branding, tapes, and structural detailing
  • Consistent colour across production runs and global markets.

Fit and Grading

  • Custom grading systems
  • Market specific proportions
  • Independent control of garment length, width, and sleeve volume
  • Fit is engineered during development, not corrected later.

Sustainable European Production

  • European supply chain manufacturing
  • Material traceability and responsible dyeing
  • Verified labour standards
  • Transparent, auditable production systems
  • Sustainability is integrated from design through production.

FAQ's

We can dye from as little as 10 kilograms, whether it’s cotton bobbins, nylon, acrylic, bamboo, or other fibre compositions. This supports both small-batch prototyping and full-scale production.

For sampling, our in-house lab produces lab dips within 2–3 days. Once colours are approved, production lead times are typically 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on volume, fibre, and technique.

Thanks to our official Pantone® licence, we can offer 2,700+ precise Pantone® shades with exact colour matching across cotton, nylon, acrylic, bamboo, and more. Custom colour development is also available.

Yes. We run a comprehensive A-to-Z prototyping programme for fashion brands and studios developing new seasonal shades.

  • Work under a strict NDA for full confidentiality.
  • Submit unique colour references and sample across multiple fibres (cotton, nylon, acrylic, bamboo).
  • Low MOQs per shade: dye from 2–3 kg per colour, ideal for palette building.
  • Approved shades can then be knitted, woven, or scaled to bulk efficiently and cost-effectively.

A two-pronged model, with a core focus on cotton:

  1. Garment Dyeing & Manipulation — t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc., with reactive, splash, vintage, stone-wash, softening effects.
  2. Yarn & Fibre Dyeing — especially super-combed cotton cropped, harvested, ginned and milled within the EU for quality, consistency, and traceability; plus regenerative and re-upcycled cotton, and nylon, acrylic, bamboo.

A full suite of specialised dyeing & finishing, including:

  • Reactive dyeing (brilliant, durable colourfastness)
  • Pigment dyeing (washed-down vintage looks)
  • Tie-dye (artisanal or industrial, repeatable)
  • Splash dye (expressive multi-tone)
  • Stone-wash dye (aged, lived-in)
  • Enzyme washing (natural softening, anti-pilling)
  • Softening treatments (ultra-soft handfeel)
  • Vintage & overdye finishes (layered tones)
  • Acid dyeing (deep shades for nylon/synthetics)
  • Garment washing & finishing (pre-shrink, neutralise, final set)
  • In-time washing services (quick-turn JIT support)

All run under eco-responsible protocols with low-impact dyestuffs, efficient water use, and wastewater treatment.

Our colour pipeline uses:

  • High-precision spectrophotometer for Pantone®-accurate measurement,
  • Lab dye machines mirroring bulk conditions,
  • Calibrated light boxes (D65 daylight, LED, fluorescent, etc.) to ensure cross-lighting consistency.
Result: lab dips that match production with reproducibility and fastness.
