Kingly is proud to announce a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering inclusivity and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with mental challenges. With the full support of the Bulgarian government, Kingly will welcome five new team members to its zero-waste sock production facility. In collaboration with social enterprises Low Carb Factory and Labour Therapy LTD, the initiative will provide employment and labor rehabilitation for these individuals, integrating them into the production process.
The new employees will play key roles in various stages of production, including sock boarding, assembling boxes, creating Christmas sock baubles, packaging, and counting pairs before delivery. This partnership aligns with Kingly’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, while setting a new standard for businesses to embrace inclusivity in the workplace.
“This initiative is a testament to how businesses can contribute to social good while maintaining high-quality production. We are excited to welcome these individuals to our zero-waste facility and create a space where they can thrive,” said Rob Armour, CEO of Kingly.
The project is made possible through partnerships with Low Carb Factory and Labour Therapy LTD, both of which have been instrumental in promoting employment for individuals with mental challenges. These organizations are dedicated to providing not only jobs but also long-term labor rehabilitation and integration into the workforce.

The integration of these five individuals will begin in mid-October, and both Kingly and its partners hope to set a positive example for other companies in Bulgaria and beyond.
