Additionally, by choosing upcycled socks, you’ve helped prevent the release of 45,077 kilograms of CO2, comparable to the emissions from 45 round-trip flights between New York and London. By diverting materials from landfills, you’ve helped save 4,972 square meters of landfill space—an area equivalent to 19 tennis courts. This not only reduces harmful methane emissions but also extends the lifespan of waste facilities, ensuring better resource use.
